Terms of Service

FloraGoal is a skill-based competitive football gaming platform. Players compete against each other in challenges and tournaments across eFootball, Dream League Soccer, and EA FC Mobile. All outcomes on FloraGoal are determined entirely by player skill and ability — not luck, chance, or any randomised system.

Creating an Account

To use FloraGoal, you must create an account with accurate information including a valid email address and a unique username. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at support@floragoal.com. FloraGoal is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

One Account Per Person

Each user may only hold one active FloraGoal account. Creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantages, avoid suspensions, or manipulate any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Suspension and Termination

FloraGoal reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, manipulate results, harass other users, or undermine the integrity of the platform. Suspended accounts may have their Florins forfeited at FloraGoal's discretion. If you believe a suspension is an error, contact support@floragoal.com within 14 days.

What Are Florins?

Florins are FloraGoal's in-app virtual currency. They have no monetary value outside the FloraGoal platform and are not a cryptocurrency, financial instrument, or legal tender of any kind.

Types of Florins

FloraGoal maintains three types of Florin balances for each user:

Florin Rules

• Florins are a limited licence to access FloraGoal features, not property you own
• Florins cannot be transferred between accounts
• Florins cannot be sold, exchanged, or traded outside the platform
• FloraGoal reserves the right to modify the Florin system with reasonable notice

How Challenges Work

FloraGoal allows users to create and accept 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 skill-based challenges. Each challenge requires participating players to commit Florins from their balance. Committed Florins are held securely until the challenge is resolved.

Active Challenge Limit

A maximum of two active challenges per user is permitted at any time.

Result Submission

After completing a match, all participating players must submit the result independently within 30 minutes of match completion, along with a screenshot as evidence. FloraGoal relies on the honesty of all players to submit accurate results.

When Results Match

When all players submit the same result, the outcome is confirmed automatically and Florins are distributed accordingly. The winner receives their reward credited to their Earned Florins balance.

When Results Conflict

If players submit different results, the challenge enters a disputed state. FloraGoal's moderation team will review the submitted evidence and make a final decision, typically within 2 hours. All moderation decisions are final.

When Nobody Submits

If no player submits a result within 30 minutes of the deadline, the challenge is voided and all committed Florins are returned in full.

Fake Results

Submitting false match results is a serious violation of these Terms. FloraGoal tracks result accuracy through a reputation system. Consequences for submitting fake results escalate from warnings to temporary bans to permanent account termination and forfeiture of all Florins.

FloraGoal supports multiple tournament formats including League, World Cup, and UCL-style competitions. Tournaments may be created by users or hosted officially by FloraGoal.

• Entry to tournaments may require a Florin commitment, as specified before registration
• Tournament results and standings are managed by the tournament creator for personal tournaments, and by FloraGoal staff for official tournaments
• FloraGoal deducts a platform fee from all tournament prize pools before distribution, as displayed at the time of tournament creation
• Tournaments cancelled before any matches are played result in full refunds to all registered participants

The FloraGoal Season Pass is a monthly competitive event. Players purchase a Season Pass using Florins during a registration window at the start of each season. Every confirmed challenge win earns season points. At the end of the season, top-performing pass holders share the season reward pool. A minimum of 20 challenges played during the season is required to qualify for rewards. Season Pass details, pricing, and reward structures are displayed in the app.

FloraGoal Pro is a premium monthly subscription that unlocks enhanced features including a verified profile badge, ad-free experience, voice notes in chat, advanced statistics, unlimited match history, priority dispute resolution, and more.

• Pro costs 119 Florins per month, paid from your Florin balance
• New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial (once per account, ever)
• Pro subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you renew manually each period
• Cancelling Pro means benefits remain active until the current period ends
• No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods

To keep FloraGoal fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting false or manipulated match results
• Using cheating software, bots, scripts, or exploits in any supported game
• Colluding with opponents to fix challenge or tournament outcomes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in any way
• Using offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language on the platform
• Impersonating FloraGoal staff, other users, or any third party
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its systems
• Operating multiple accounts
• Buying, selling, or transferring FloraGoal accounts through any unauthorised channel
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, permanent account termination, or forfeiture of Florins depending on severity and frequency.

All content on FloraGoal — including the name, logo, design, code, graphics, and features — is owned by or licensed to FloraGoal Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of FloraGoal without our express written consent.

By submitting content to the platform (including profile pictures, usernames, and messages), you grant FloraGoal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

FloraGoal is not affiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment, First Touch Games, or Electronic Arts. eFootball, Dream League Soccer, and EA FC Mobile remain the property of their respective owners.

FloraGoal provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

FloraGoal is not liable for:

• Loss of Florins resulting from user error
• Losses caused by technical failures outside our reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform

As with any competitive skill-based activity, players who lose challenges lose their committed Florins to their opponent. This is a natural outcome of competitive gaming, not a guarantee of any return.

FloraGoal may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
