Terms of Service

FloraGoal is a competitive community for football mobile gamers. You play matches against other people in eFootball, Dream League Soccer and EA FC Mobile, report the results in the app, and climb the ranks. Outcomes are decided by player skill, not luck or any random system.

FloraGoal does not run the games themselves. The matches are played inside each game's own servers and modes, and FloraGoal organises, tracks and ranks them.

Who can use FloraGoal

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use FloraGoal.

Creating and keeping your account

Sign up with accurate information, including a valid email address and a username that is not offensive or misleading. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access, contact support@floragoal.com straight away.

One account per person

Each person may hold one active account. Creating extra accounts to gain a ranking advantage, dodge a suspension or manipulate any part of the platform is not allowed.

Accounts cannot be sold or shared

You may not sell, buy, lend or transfer a FloraGoal account.

How matches work

Matches are 1v1. You can take a challenge from the open board, send one to a friend, or share a private code. Each match has its own match room and chat. You play the match in the game itself, then report the score in the app.

Reporting the score

Both players report the score before the deadline shown in the match room. Be honest and keep evidence, such as a screenshot of the final score, in case there is a dispute.

• Both reports match: the result is confirmed and your division points and skill rating update.
• Reports disagree: the match goes to review. Our moderators look at the evidence and make a decision, which is final.
• Only one player reports: if the other player does not report by the deadline, the reported result stands.
• Nobody reports: the match is voided and does not affect anyone's rank.

Limits and cancellations

We may limit how many matches you can have open at once, and we may void or reverse a match if we believe the result was manipulated, the match was set up unfairly, or a technical fault stopped it being played properly.

False reports

Reporting a score you know is wrong earns a strike. Strikes cost division points and can pause your account. Repeated or serious cases lead to suspension or permanent removal. Your reputation score reflects how reliably you show up and report.

Each game has its own ladder. You climb from Division 10 to Division 1 through the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite tiers. Your first five matches are placement matches that set your starting division. Legend is awarded to the top 100 players in Division 1 for each game, who must also meet a minimum number of matches and recent activity.

Leaderboards, ranks, badges and match records are visible to other players. We may adjust the ranking system, correct mistakes, reset or archive seasons, and remove results or points we believe were gained unfairly. Ranks and badges are for fun and recognition and have no cash value.

Tournaments can be created by players or run by FloraGoal. FloraGoal builds the draw, tables, fixtures and brackets and tracks the results. Formats include league, group stage plus knockout, World Cup style and Champions League style.

Organisers

A player who creates a tournament is the organiser. Organisers set the rules, decide who may join, and must run the event fairly and accurately. Organiser decisions apply within the tournament, but they are always subject to these Terms, and FloraGoal may step in, correct results or remove a tournament or organiser.

FloraGoal does not handle tournament money

For official and sponsored tournaments, entry conditions and any prizes are shown on the tournament page, and prizes are provided by FloraGoal or the named sponsor.

Ratings and reports

Players can rate organisers and report tournaments or organisers that break the rules. We may use these ratings and reports to decide who can host.

Florins are FloraGoal's in-app virtual currency. They have no cash value, are not property you own, and are not a cryptocurrency, financial instrument or legal tender. You receive a limited licence to use them in FloraGoal.

Bonus Florins

Bonus Florins are free rewards for things like daily logins, referrals, quests and events. They can be used on cosmetic items and premium features where the app offers them, and they cannot be exchanged for money.

Referrals

When a friend joins with your invite and meets the conditions shown in the app, you both receive a bonus. We may withhold or remove rewards if we find fake accounts, self-referrals or other abuse.

Rules for Florins

• Florins cannot be transferred between accounts
• Florins cannot be sold, bought or traded outside FloraGoal
• We may correct a balance if there is a mistake, a technical fault or abuse
• We may introduce new ways to get or use Florins. If we do, any extra rules will be shown before you use them

Some features, such as a Pro subscription or premium items, may be paid. Where they are offered, the price, what you get and how long it lasts are shown in the app before you pay.

• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by that store and follow its billing and refund rules
• Benefits and prices can change, and we will not change what you have already paid for during its current period
• Cancelling a subscription stops it renewing, and your benefits remain until the end of the period you paid for
• Unused time on a subscription is not refunded, except where the law or the store requires it

FloraGoal includes direct messages, group chats and a chat for every match and tournament. You can send text, photos, voice notes, video messages and stickers. You can block and report other users.

Your content

You own the content you post, such as your profile picture, username and messages. By posting it, you give FloraGoal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it so we can run the platform, including showing it to the people you send it to.

What you must not send

Do not send anything illegal, sexual, hateful, threatening or harassing, or anything that exposes someone's private information. We may review reported content and content related to a dispute, and we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

To keep FloraGoal fair for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• Submitting false or manipulated match results
• Using cheating software, bots, scripts or exploits in any supported game
• Win-trading, or colluding with opponents to fix results or farm rank, rewards or badges
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users, including through chat
• Offensive, hateful or discriminatory language or usernames
• Impersonating FloraGoal staff, other users or any third party
• Trying to hack, reverse-engineer, overload or exploit the platform
• Operating multiple accounts, or buying, selling or transferring accounts
• Using FloraGoal for any unlawful purpose

Depending on severity and history, we may issue a warning or a strike, remove points or results, pause or suspend your account, or remove it permanently.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, commit fraud, manipulate results, harass others or damage the platform. If you think a decision was a mistake, contact support@floragoal.com within 14 days and we will review it.

You can stop using FloraGoal at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting support. What we keep and for how long is described in our Privacy Policy. Florins and other in-app items have no cash value and are lost when an account is deleted.

The FloraGoal name, logo, design, code, graphics and features are owned by or licensed to FloraGoal Limited and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of FloraGoal without our written permission.

FloraGoal is an independent community platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Konami Digital Entertainment, First Touch Games or Electronic Arts. eFootball, Dream League Soccer and EA FC Mobile belong to their respective owners.

FloraGoal is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance and faults can cause temporary downtime.

To the extent the law allows, FloraGoal is not liable for:

• Problems in the third-party games you play, including their servers, updates, bans or disconnections
• Losses caused by technical failures outside our reasonable control
• Arrangements you make with other players or organisers outside FloraGoal, including payments
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using FloraGoal after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
